Refund Policy
At Relais “Il Miglio” we are committed to offering our guests flexibility and transparency.
We invite you to carefully read our cancellation and refund policy before confirming your reservation.
1. Free Cancellation
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation after this deadline, the amount equal to the first night's stay will be retained.
2. Late cancellation or no-show
In case of no-show (failure to show up without notice), 100% of the stay amount will be charged.
Cancellations communicated within 7 days of arrival, but with proven causes of force majeure (e.g. health emergencies, documented flight cancellations), will be evaluated at the discretion of the management for any partial refunds or vouchers.
3. Non-refundable rates
Some promotional rates or special offers may be non-refundable. If so, this information will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, the entire amount will be retained.
4. Changes to the booking
Changes to the dates of your stay can be made subject to availability, up to 7 days before arrival.
Any price differences will be communicated and applied.
5. Reservations made through third-party platforms

Refunds, where applicable, will be made within 7-10 working days of confirmation of cancellation, using the same payment method used for the booking.
